Return & Refund Policy

Right of Return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• With all price tags still attached

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the warehouse from which it was dispatched. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
